Reins Services

Ability To Update Award Agreements
Within the platform, you can manage everything from general employee information, including adding or removing plan members, to specific plan details like phantom stock pool size, equity allocation, and profit sharing details.
Compliance Checks
We conduct regular compliance checks to make sure that the MARE is held up to the highest legal, financial, and technical standards. One of the primary items we monitor for is 409A compliance. We also generate reports for your CPA or accounting team to help keep your company books in order.
MARE Plan Updates
When Reins makes updates to the MARE, you’ll have the option of adopting the latest version of the documents. We want you to have access to the newest frameworks available, though utilizing them is completely optional.
Exclusive Look + Discounts On New Features
We’ll share access to our newest employee retention tools, data tracking capabilities, and feature updates exclusively within the Reins platform. Members are also able to make feature requests from within the platform that directly impact what our team builds for customers.
